Request deletion of your data

Unlocker for Honda Gathers, operated by Youbest Ltd, allows customers to request deletion of eligible order information without creating an account.

How to make a request

1. Email Yourbestltd@gmail.com with the subject “Honda Gathers data deletion request”.
2. Send the request from the email address used for the order and include the radio model and the last three digits of the serial number so we can identify the correct record.
3. We will verify and process eligible requests within 30 days.

What is deleted or retained

After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible contact details, radio model and serial information, unlock-code results and technical order identifiers that are no longer required to provide support.

Payment status, transaction identifiers and limited order records may be retained for refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance for up to seven years. We do not retain payment-card details.
