Where to find the 6-digit serial numberIt is printed on the label on top of the metal head unit. In most vehicles, the unit must be removed from the dashboard to see it. Do not enter the VIN, a security code shown on the screen, or a navigation serial number. Professional removal is recommended if you are unsure.

A lookup cannot be reversed after submission. A wrong serial may return a code for another unit and require a new paid lookup.

Questions before you order

Can I get a real unlock code today?

Yes. The website accepts secure card payment through Stripe and submits a lookup only after payment is confirmed. If no unlock code can be obtained, the payment is refunded.

Where do I find the serial number?

Find the 6-digit serial on the label on top of the metal head unit. In most vehicles, the radio needs to be removed from the dashboard to read it. Ask an installer for help if you are unsure. The vehicle VIN, a number on the screen and the navigation serial are not the number this service needs.

What if I enter the wrong serial?

A wrong number may return a code for another unit and require a new paid lookup. Check the label and review your details carefully. A submitted lookup cannot be reversed.

The unit will not let me enter the code and displays a message in Japanese. What should I do?

This usually happens when an incorrect security code has been entered too many times, temporarily locking the unit. Turn the ignition to ON and leave the audio system untouched for approximately 15–20 minutes. Do not press any buttons or touch the screen during this time. When the code-entry screen becomes available again, carefully enter the correct security code.
